Drop-in Days

Embark on a unique learning adventure with Journey Nature School's Single Drop-In Days, inviting students from Logan County and nearby areas! Regardless of their usual schooling, your child can immerse themselves in a day of nature-inspired education alongside the JNS community. Let your young ones, ages 5-10, delight in the wonders of our immersive nature learning program during their days off!

About the program

• We will be outdoors for a minimum of 2 hours and as much as 6 hours on any given drop-in day, weather dependent.

• Our day includes a minimum of 2 unstructured play experiences, expressive sessions, reading, STEM, and nature-focused activities.

• Your child will need to be prepared with proper layers for the weather fluctuations of the day and have one full extra outfit on-site with them.

• Packed lunches are required. We will supplement snacks as needed.

• Personal reusable water bottles are required. Please do not send a single-use water bottle with your child as they are prone to bursting.

• Any relevant behavioral or medical information needs to be shared at least 24 hours prior to the drop-in day.

• Nature immersive programs are not always the best fit for every child. Please consider your child's nature and needs before registration.
